Their glass is always half-full, never half-empty. They're positive; they're cheerful; they're - GRATEFUL! Were they born this way or is this a skill anyone can learn? Gratitude is definitely a skill that can be cultivated. One simple way to do this is Change I "have" toto I "get" toI heard this years ago and it's stuck with me all this time! I don't have to go to work. I get to. I don't have to do laundry. Doing laundry means I have clean clothes - so I get to do laundry. I don't have to clean the house. Cleaning the house means I have a roof over my head, so I get to clean the house. We can literally do it with anything and if you swap this one little word you will be so amazed by the change it brings to your entire life! Need a reminder?
